Honey Bee Life Cycles & Concoctions

For Ages 8 - 14

Have you ever wondered how honey bees defend their honey, or whether they really do dances?  Wanna safely see what it looks like inside a hive, check out iddy-biddy baby bees, and observe how they keep their home cool in summer?

In this six-week course, we’ll explore the life cycles, adaptations, bee-haviors, and anatomy of honeybees.  We’ll also craft up some amazing concoctions, like salves, balms, and wax-preserved flowers using resources provided by Ms. Alice’s honey bees.
